You mean Australian car don't you ?

We also get an awd version which is pretty sweet.

There is also a sedan (which the coupe is based off) and a ute too, all from the same family. If you want to check it out go to www.hsv.com.au for the performance versions. I think gm might be importing the ute into the US as a lumina ss, but I am not sure if that is still going ahead or not.

its Moisture, they had real bad problems with seals on the headlights the first number of years the car was produced.. i'll pull them this year and seal them up correctly.

Here's mine. Goes fast, handles great and brakes awesome. All the performance wishes I had with the standard C5 were corrected with the Z06. Couldn't be happier! Adding Toyo T-1R tires were the best thing I did for it. They handle soooooo damn good that it makes the suspension feel soft. If you want to drive fast in the backroads/track/autocross, I highly recommend the Toyo T1R's.

Yeah the C6 are cool but the coupe is the same (a little less in some areas) performance as the Z06 and for right now I can justify the cost of a C6 Z06. Hopefully in another 2 years

Pics of my car to be posted tomorrow! Its currently in primer, but im doing a photoshoot of it tomorrow cause its going on a little 'cannonball run' to seattle on friday and I had to meet the deadline. This has taken me 3 years to do, so be prepared to see what a $5k car with $15k+ worth of crap put in looks like!

It's the third redesign. And probably the most argued. With the new 2.5l boxer in the WRXs, I'm not complaining. She's very underrated.

What was it, I can't even tell. A Chrysler Sebring or Dodge something?

What color are you gonna paint it?

I'm pretty sure that was a Dodge. Either an Intrepid, Stratus, or Avenger. I forget which. Dodges are crappy cars to begin with anyways, and you just made it crappier. If you paint it a real color it might look nice (the body kits aren't that horrible, and the rims look good). I remember in Hawaii someone had a car like that but it was all yellow with everything shaved and looked pretty much like that and it looked nice, but it still wasn't a cool car.

Hehe, it was built off McDonalds wages.

Its a Chrysler Sebring. FYI, its 90% Mitsubishi, rolled of the same assembly lines as the eclipse. It qualifies as a DSM, with DSM tags on every body piece. The type of car was irrelevant to me, this was just a project car, 100% modified by my own work. Hell, the air strut suspension alone is worth more than the car, and better than most cars on the road.

If were going for a performance piece, I use my other car:

The car is equipped with easy street air struts. The very first of its kind, also the very first to use pillowball suspension mounts. It can go up to 6" height, and also as 9 stage realtime adjustable dampeners.

Since you have mods that don't consist of bling... what's under the hood?

In my garage sits a 3.0 Diamante v6 with japan imported mivec DOHC heads from an FTO(which I think are shot to hell from japanese that dont change their oil!), mated with a A570 5spd tranny. A Rippmods supercharger is also to be added. Trouble is, it doesnt fit in the bay. Frame and firewall modification has to be done, along with a ton of other problems.

The worst thing is, the project has been put on hold due to lack of funds. My fiance(now ex-fiance) was the root of what happened and caused me to lose touch of everything, including my job. So now Im moving to seattle for a high pay job, and hopefully soon the project will be back on track!

That looks pretty good for a '92 (the paint, etc.). What's the mileage?
