It also appeared to me. For example you can in quest choose to confront the pimp Woodman (is this kind of a reference to Pierre Woodman, a creepy French porn producer?). When you win the standoff with Woodman he doesn't seem to die and lies down in agony. He seems to die first when you put a bulled in the head. Regardless, then Judy talks about his death even he's not dead.

There are a lot of cases in the quests that doesn't respond properly to your actions.

It's great they are fixing bugs in the game, but so far there is no compelling reason for me to re-install this game and play it again.

What's crazy is that I played through the whole game on release and saw very few bugs and those were of graphical variety. No quest bugs or anything causing me to have to reload a save. Absolutely loved the game and had a blast playing it.

I saw several quest breaking bugs. Most of them I simply had to reload a save, but there were a few that I had to do some crazy specific things to avoid.

One example was a side quest involving a car chase. When the chase ended and the enemies I was pursuing stopped and got out of their vehicle, if I did not snipe them from afar right away before they escaped off screen the quest would not update and I could not progress. Another example that just required a reload involved breaking into a high rise penthouse to hack a laptop. Not sure what I did there but again the quest would not update after the hack and I couldn't finish it. This also happened at least 5-10 other times that I could remember.

Not sure if these were corrected in the recent patch change list. While easily fixed with a reload, they were really immersion breaking and did a lot to ruin the overall experience once I finished the game. I would say those quest breaking bugs were worse in that respect than the visual glitches.

I saw a ton of bugs both graphical and a couple game breaking. Thankfully a reload fixed it. I even gave the game a 9/10 with all the bugs as it does many things right. It’s worth a romp once as is and maybe try again when it is fixed.
