Vanadium is still being judged by the masses

Exclamation Help! endless looping problem

After completing a protein i clicked on the icon to bring up the grapic interface of the program to see which new protein i would be doing next and got this error message as it was downloading a new one. It asked me if i wanted to send it to MS ? I clicked on no and rebooted.
After rebooting i still get this error or it continues to try and downlowd the same file.
Question is what should i do and if anybody ever ran into this type of problem before ?

Taken from my log file this is what i'm talking about.

Uninstall and reinstall the program. That's probably all you need to do.

I just uninstalled like you said and that seemed to work.

I lost all my " # of work units completed " but thats ok as long as it works again. WOW that was the first time that ever happened. What a weird feeling. Was almost like i was be hacked or something. I mean it was doing this every 3-4 seconds. My log file must have been 100000 lines long and i rebooted severial times to make sure that it wasn't a fluke. Same thing. Weird.

a bad core or corrupt wu can cause that; I usually just delete the core, work, fahlog and queue. Saves from having to reconfigure

I did copy my old Folding folder to my 2nd pc just in case.

Which file should i copy, that would overwrite my new one, to bring back my "# of WU completed" ?

client.cfg ?........ maybe.
