Yea I was looking at those as well, didn't want to spend that much on a cooler, There is some gain by it, but I dont know if its enough to justify spending $150 or more.

My 1080 Ti is also boosting a small amount more looking at 3DMark as I'm guessing since the hot Air isn't blowing out right next to it anymore its also keeping cooler. Its small but hey its something. I wouldn't spend a ton over having your free wraith though, the $94 was plenty for a small boost.

after doing a few game benchmarks, it seems my chip boosts to 4200-4300mhz range and my 2080 boost clocks havent changed with the wraith dumping heat in the case

You wont see a huge difference honestly if you go with a CLC/AIO. I have seen huge pushes using water here and most tech sites, yes they do it a bit better then an air cooler but I hardly see it as necessary and it really only gains you a small amount especially with new Ryzen CPU's as they are pretty much pushed to the limit out of the box. Fan noise is the other complaint of air coolers but the AIO's have them as well, maybe less noise as they dont have to push as hard. I guess its all in what you want as it really is a hobby. Just dont expect much performance out of it.

With a name like Nascar24, I can see why you thought that.

I bet he flies the confederate flag with pride too....oh wait...he is from north Michigan....I'll see myself out!

With a profile pic like that gai you can just drop the N and become asscar

I like your steam name better but I'd rather call you by your rage name to make things simple.

There's a new AMD chipset driver released today. Revision 2.10.13.408

https://www.amd.com/en/support/chips...ocket-am4/x570

Looks like it includes an updated power plan for Ryzen on Windows 10. Going to update and test tonight.

Decided to do a fresh install of Windows 10 also noticed that Asrock released a new bios with AMD 5000 series support for the X470 Taichi board - includes AGESA 1.1.0.0, an upgrade to 1.0.0.6 that I was running. Highest Cinebench scores I've seen - at least single core wise.
