BF3 is running like crap and the 258 drivers freeze my rig, they are the worst nvidia drivers I have ever used.
Moving to the 266.66 set I can actually fold on my rig which I could not do with the 258s and BC2 still works.

Game is running great for me on my laptop @1080p. i7Q, 16GB Ram, and a GTX460M (1.5GB). Textures are at Ultra, everything else at Medium, with 2xMSAA and HBAO on.

Think I may try turning HBAO off and setting either terrain or effects to High.

Still don't know why Battlelog doesn't show me Ping for servers.

Yes you can use "Render.DrawFps 1" in the in-game console to show the framerate in the top right corner.

One thing I don't like (the same in BF2), isn't that the Recon class doesn't have binoculars, or at least I don't know how to engage them. Recon is not just sniping, spotting the enemy from far away is just as important.

Anyone find loading sometimes takes FOREVER? Battlelog will say Connecting, Logging in, Loading, then "PLAYING!" and you're still sitting at the loading screen for like 5+ minutes.

Uber and I noticed that while playing Co-op. The soldiers are not wearing goggles, but your viewport shows "dirty goggles" effect.

I'm having some performance issues atm, Q6600 3.2GHZ 560GTX ti. Running the game at 19x12 everything on low 4AA/8AF. When I'm in a firefight it dips down to the 20's. Is this a CPU problem?

OK, I just finished the F/A-18 mission..... WOW! That level alone was worth the price of this game for me.

Amazing feel. I can just see a HAWX game with this engine...

My stats are pretty ****ing awesome.
I'm doing really good in this game. I play medic and I just faceroll people. Kill, and some maps I'm going 28-4 with like 15 revives. I consistently outscore the 2nd highest score by 2000 points or more.

I'm awesome at this game. YEAH BRO.
Also.. the server I've been playing on all day just kicked me "You have been disconnected from the server" and now it does that every time I join..

It can´t be the cpu, my q6600 sits around 50% on all cores during action. I think you are using msaa which kills performance in this game in particular. Go with post aa.

i don't get it, i can face roll in bc2 but this game i just can't do anything. i swear no one in this game has a forehead, i never see anyone directly in front of me and suddenly someone was there all along and i'm shot. Or they see me from 100 yards away and wail on the full auto and i'm dead.
this is getting on my nerves. at this point I'm playing on all low with HBAO

Load times are very long, but when it reloads the same map for round 2 its quick. Could this be another ATI load bug? I know in BC2 they made the load times double nvidia load times.

In the beta battlelog switched to game and then 1 second later I was playing. Here I switch to game, wait 30 seconds, hear somebody adjust their junk in a black screen then can start playing.

Load times are fine for me as well, even when changing to a new map.

Anyone checked if the "Keep game installers" feature is working for them ?
I have it checked, but when I go to the Origin downloads folder it's empty, except for a couple tiny files.
