Unhappy Can't watch XviD-Videos on TV

With enabled TV-Out I'm not able to watch XviD-Videos, the TV-Screen always shows a blank screen or just one single picture of a movie. I use Theater Mode and a PowerColor Radeon8500.
Tried the WMP, BSPlayer and PowerDVD. DivX-Vids are displayed properly. Also using the latest ffdshow-alpha-filter and XviD-Codec of 29th December 2002.

Well, using the older 2.x-Catalyst seemed to have been (don't thiniking about grammatical correctness now) the problem. Ugly Blocks also removed by switching desktop to 32 bit (as everybody knows :P ).

I still cant watch xvid on 8500 tv-out with cat3.0.
Quicktime neither. I hope 3.1 fixes the issue

Here is what I had to do with my hacked 9500 to watch tv on big screen.

1) goto desktop
2) right click mouse
3) click on settings tab
4) you will see 2 different monitors in top box number 1 and number 2
click on number 2 and look at the dropdown menu below box.
make number 2 primary display.

You will find that the video moves from the monitor over to the tv and enjoy the movie.
