your profile is set to private... in your steam client, go to the community tab -> my control panel -> edit my profile -> settings and change the profile status to public.

Yea I bought a lot on sale and packs too, I only buy new games on steam if the price is similar to retail, or it's a game I really want ¬_¬.

To fix the "This account is private" error:
Click on the Home button on the community page on the steam client and it will show your profile ID number.

I entered it into the site and got my data.
