I plug the starting post and ending post numbers and it spits out a number. In case the winner qualifies they get the games I am in the mood of giving away on that fine day. I have tested random.org on multiple occassions (more than 100 runs) and it seems to be the most robust of random number generators (in my 100 runs test, only 8 were repeats). Unlike other random number generators where I was getting as high as 25-30 repeats in 100 trials which essentially meant that their algorithm wasn't worth crap.

I could use excel rand function but then I have to type out a formula and I am pretty damn lazy when I am giving out the prizes...
