Useful site to clean up site permissions

Grooveshark's allowed to sign in via my Google account and I'm fine w/that. I'm pretty paranoid about this kind of thing. Now, what's pissing me off is youtube automatically syncing up with my google account b/c I use my google account professionally and it contains my first and last name and I sometimes don't notice if I'm logged on on youtube. Then I log onto youtube with the proper account and my google one's all screwed up
