I am waiting for the Noctua Chromax NF12x25 to replace the radiator fans properly. They might come out in Q2 beginning. Would be a bitch to grab them though.

This is just out of box w/ bios flashed and A-XMP set to ON - 5600x build.

EDIT: Here's another 5600x with 3600 MHz RAM posted on Reddit.. seems to be inline with mine.

Perhaps the 5900x can get around this because it has 2 chiplets compared to the 5600x/5800x single chiplet?! KAC and other 5900X owners seem to have Read/Write benchmarks that are close to each other.

Now go in curve optimizer and start tweaking. Also here are my timings since you are using the same kit it seems. I also reduced trrds and trrdl to 6 and 9 respectively. I am still trying to tweak some more.

Been tightening the timings on my ram. Hit 57.6 G read, 56.5 G write and about 53.9 G copy with 59 NS delay.

Will continue to push. Also upped PBO overclock to 250 MHz but didn’t see the clock hit 5.2 Gs yet. Will check again. System seems stable thus far.

Thinking about buying some CL14 3600 kits but total cost would be about 380 bucks.

It’s just too expensive. Landed cost is 426 smacks for 32 GB 4X8 sticks.

Not much compared to your current kit. Although your latency is wack but I think that's a Ryzen feature and can't be compared to Intel.

Most people post mid 60s as latency on a 3600 CL16. I got it down to 59 on a 3733 CL16. I am still tweaking some more and trying to hit around 55 mark.

Intel level latency won’t be possible. Even best CL14 setups are hovering around the 51-54 ns mark. From bandwidth perspective unless my CPU decides to go above 3800 I won’t be hitting the 60 Gs anytime soon. I have seen most 3800 setups also around the 59 Gs so pulling a 57.6 Gs with one step down is OK I guess.

There is one ace in the hole I haven’t tried which is the new bios. That is because most gays are unable to clock their mem with AGESA 1.2 vs 1.1.9 that I am running.

Sounds good to me if it requires no effort and it is stable after the fact, although I m not holding my breath as the ryzen memory tool was chit for me and only caused BSOD’s for me.
