Olá JSantos, bem vindo aos Fórums!

Questions? A toughie: Why does the 9000 Pro comes with 400MHz RAMDAC (advertised) and in the driver properties (Hercules or generic ATI´s) it shoes up as being a 350Mhz RAMDAC? Do you know why or if there´s a better way to find out the truth?

They probably double the rates because of DDR, but where the extra 20 mhz comes from :S

That makes perfect sense, i've taken a look at the mem specs in Hyinix web site and they are rated 275 Mhz witch means some OC will take place soon! Thanks a lot Guys!

I'd like to hear if you have problems playing games with R9000
and wath versions of catalyst do you use or think are best!

Try Catalyst 9.3?

EDIT: Probably Catalyst 9.2.

Awww, memories. I just had a R9000 Pro (Gigabyte) die in one of my old servers It was running the 9.1 Catalysts, I'm sure.

I think I'll extract the GPU core and use it as a keychain - it was an awesome card.

My 9800 Pro died whilst playing Battlefield 2.

I was running a heavy overclock, and none of the previous games I owned pushed the card as much as BF2, and it paid the price...
