Unhappy Problem with AIW 9000 Tuner! (warning: large screenshots)

I recently purchased the AIW 9000 to replace my AIW Radeon & AIW 8500 (yeah I know the 8500 is faster, don't ask!). I'm now experiencing some weird problems with the TV tuner.

Channel 4: The picture is warped horizontally about a dozen times.

Channel 6: Used to come in very clear (near perfect). Now looks extremely fuzzy and the picture is shifted up so that it wraps around to the bottom (appears to have lost reference/sync).

Channel 7: This channel never came in very well, but now it not only static, the picture that I can see flashes violently.

Channel 11: This channel was pure static in the AIW 8500, but now I can see it quite well. What's up with that?

Channel 16: FOX always came in near perfect and now it's total garbage, you can't see anything, but I can hear it.

The other thing that I noticed is that the ATI autoscan (in the wizard) reports that there are NO available channels.

Anyone have any ideas what could be causing this? I haven't changed anything else in this computer.

Default

Just tested this very same channels in VirtualDub 1.5.2 capture window.

Channel 4 has the same problem.
Channel 6 comes in looking correct.
Channel 7 has the same problem.
Channel 11 looks the same.
Channel 16 is flawless! Check the MMC screenshot! It is totally useless in MMC.

I don't know what this proves, but maybe I'm looking at a format and reinstall.
