damn spam email driving me nuts

has anyone else been getting the following dutch email?

its been sent avery hour. all the same messages too=

ive tried replying but it always fails=

I'm pretty much certain the first one is a virus if it has an attachment. These kinds of email have been going round a lot lately

Doesn't your provider give you the option of blocking that email adress from your inbox? Only other thing to try is find the abuse adress of planet internet, the dutch guys provider. It'll most likely be [email protected]. Anyway, GL on getting rid of the spammers...

I get like 1 piece of SPAM per week on all my e-mail accounts put together. I duno what I do different.

Use pop amil for personal email, and use hotmail or something similar for public, advertisement, spam email. Hotmail has a pretty good block/filter option for that. Just don't make a name that is easily listable (like my tech-illiterate gf who uses [email protected] ).

For the last month or two I've been using a piece of software called SpamNet, which is basically a free Outlook plug in you can download from here:

It seems to filter out a vast quantity of the spam I recieve (416 messages so far ), so if your an Outlook user it might be worth a look.
