Default Lets share our locations in Google Earth!

I dont know if this thread has been before but I didnt find a similar thread so I thought I create one

Me and my GF lives here:
59°17'33.30"N
18° 5'19.86"E

This where Im working ATM and will be working the next ~12 months:
59°13'43.37"N
18°20'0.36"E

My GFs apartment in Teneriffe:
28° 3'16.14"N
16°43'33.75"W

This is where she worked:
28° 4'32.95"N
16°43'28.98"W

She worked at a luxury hotel in the bar and restaurant. Took about 30 mins to walk from her apartment. They had huge banana farm right next to it on the other side of the mountain.

Now lets see some of your places BTW anyone know if there is a way to make clickable links of there coordinates to GoogleEarth? Only ones I find that worked was to mail them.

Lots of agriculture around these parts. Google seems to pay detailed attention to just about everywhere else but here... note the terrible resolution.

As for the girl, I won't try an other side of the world relationship again. She was great but so was the distance.

Yeah noticed that it unusally crappy resolution One of my best friends met his GF in WoW and she´s living in Polen. Shes has been here a couple of times and he has been there 3 times, hes going there again 20nov - 7 dec But they arent having a very serious relationship, they can date other ppl and stuff so. My personal feeling is that I would not have a long distance relationship but then again if you meet someone that it feels really great with and you have to move away from each other it might work..

wouldnt it be easier to just start one of them frapper maps for rage 3d?

then anyone can look and see where we are all from and add themselfs to it.

If so start a new thread for it

would be cool to see where everyones is from in graphic form :P

They do come in for a landing every now and again. But you have to think smaller planes. No 747's landing here. Think Lear jets, etc.

Even private jets are loud. They fly right over my neighborhood (at relatively low altitudes) because an airport is close to here. You can hear them quite well even when you're inside. I can't imagine how loud it is at confusedsoul's house, but he's probably used to it.

Well maybe the planes are smaller than a learjet, they're really not that loud. Well they are, but this is a small town, we don't get much airline traffic so maybe thats why I don't notice it. They do come close to the house though, albeit a few houses away still.

As for the river, yeah, its pretty brown. Thank God we don't get our water from there lol. Does hold some record size catfish though. This time of year almost all the water around here is green though.
