Default Custom acrylic case

I finally have some time.
I was thinking of machining a custom acrylic case for fun. (ATX form factor).
The problem is without disassembling a current case, getting semi-accurate measurements myself as to where everything goes, I don't know where to start.
Is there anywhere to get blueprints, or accurate measurements as so where all the mounting holes go. What the sizes, dimensions, locations of all important features on a case are? Otherwise I can see myself spending hours taking a case apart, taking measurements... making one, then being off just a tad, and being pissed.

I don't need anything for mounting holes for HDD, SDD, DVD, etc. I will just make custom ones.

But mounting holes for motherboard, and connector plate, back slots for adding video cards, peripherals, etc, etc.......... I would need to know all those. I can make custom fan mounts as well.

Soooo.. does anyone know where the measurements/dimensions or blueprints for any of this stuff is, or does it even exist?

Even after that, where do I get the front brackets for USB, power/reset cable, etc?

This is what you will be looking for: https://www.protocase.com/resources/...-motherboards/

On that note, I am still amazed that motherboard/case design is based around standard inches instead of metric... just blows my mind.
