![]() It's a POS, but it's a beautiful POS, and it has half of a Ferrari motor in it. I would buy one if I was wealthy enough to have one as a weekend car. |

![]() Make: Alfa Romeo Model: Giulia Trim: Quadrifoglio Quadrifoglio noun 1. quatrefoil 2. four-leaf clover History: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alfa_Romeo_Quadrifoglio The four-leaf clover symbol appeared for the first time on one of the four RL Targa Florio autos in 1923. This auto was specially prepared by Giuseppe Merosi for the Targa Florio in Sicily, considered the most prestigious auto racing competition at the time. Yeah, that is sooooo dumb. Stupid Italians. ![]() Disclaimer: I have an Alfa Romeo Giulia Ti Last edited by Clockwork : Feb 2, 2020 at 01:25 AM. |

![]() I feel being true to yourself is a value to appreciate. That includes cars / car companies that fully embrace their culture, history and language. And Quadrifoglio certainly sounds cooler than Four Leaf Clover.

![]() Nice looking car. I'd get tired of explaining what the name meant before I got tired of saying it though..... |

It's actually not a POS. I know a few people that own them and they are good cars for what they are. IMO, I think the new price tag on them is a little high. For me, for that price tag the interior should be a little better. When Top Gear reviewed it, they did complain about the door size (since it's not a big car and they made it a 4-door, the doors are a little small to get in/out). |

I am not super tall (6'1") but I can fit and get in/out of the Giulia just fine. The 2020's do have some minor interior improvements and a redesign/reconfiguration of the center components (knobs, shift lever, etc) as well as improved infotainment (touch screen, connectivity). |

![]() Well, maintenance on a $70k+ car is going to be expensive. While there is depreciation on used ones, the maintenance costs don't depreciate. If things worked that way, we'd all own used Ferrari's. ![]() |

![]() Best bud of mine has a Giulia Quad. It's been surprisingly reliable, short of replacing the oil level sensor a bunch of times. Car is pretty nice overall. Suspension is decently compliant on the street, and the race mode makes some nice exhaust noise and tightens up the handling. Interior is...ok. Materials aren't amazing,.the design is pretty good, and the infotainment system is not good at all. I've driven it several times now and the only thing I can't stand are the brakes. He has the carbon ceramic and it feels like you have to put your foot through the floor to get it to stop. Low speed is the worst. He's tracked it a couple times and I've ridden with him on a few sessions. Handling is razor sharp and it does well for it's size. Its just the brakes...so terrible. It has brake by wire, and there is no indication to the driver of brake temp except a cheesey color readout on the infotainment screen. His braking distances were increasing significantly, but there was zero change in the pedal. He kept at it, and the car went into limp mode saying "brake overtemp" or something like that and it ended our session short. It's decently quick at the drag strip too. We did a drag day with all our buddies end of last year and he ran back to back 12.1 passes. Not bad for how heavy it is.

![]() i seem to remember seeing reviews where it keeps up with a E63 AMG and M5. Solid car I would just question the reliability. |

![]() I like the name. It's better than A3, 430i, STS, etc. It's an actual name, and it's interesting. |
