![]() Reminds me of the Honda Pilot in the front. I like the 2014 version. Want to see the interior and fuel mileage though as that's where they were behind everyone else imo. Not that I'll be purchasing one as I'm pretty satisfied with my '11 Outdoorsman. Despite what others may say about them ![]()

![]() I have a platinum -- I actually like the interior -- its much roomier than most 3/4 tons. Fuel mileage sucks but I don't pay for fuel. Front end looks weird to me, I don't think I like it.

![]() Those are both valid comments. My dad has a new Chevy, my one brother has a new Dodge 3500, the other one has a Ford 150 and I have a Tundra. I hate the big three. I have been looking at the new Ford 350 though, I like that truck -- shame its a Ford. My truck has been bulletproof, knock on wood.

![]() They just sharpened the bulbousness of the current Tundra with a ruler and widened that massive grille. So the exterior looks a little more 'rugged' and less 'bubbly'. The interior is almost a direct clone of the F150's (mainly due to the use of round vents and the silverfish surround around the radio/hvac controls). http://www.autoblog.com/2013/02/07/2...-chicago-2013/

![]() Im glad they got rid of the 'tunnel gauges'. Those things were an absolute pain in the ass the cleanup when you had dust and stuff accumulate. Especially the smaller gauges....

![]() Kids are a big reason to own a 4 door truck if it's your only vehicle. That's the main reason I'll go that route if I decide to buy a truck. If it were only going to be used to haul stuff then I would prob just get an extended cab, but as long as I can haul the stuff I need, and put a dirt bike in the back I'll be just fine with a "useless" four door truck. |

![]() I never test drove the Toyota. Wife loves the look but I couldn't afford the crewmax version and didn't like how small the doublecab version was. Not to mention the SR5 and lower trim interiors seemed cheap in comparison to the similar trim Ram interiors. The limited version with leather like yours would've been acceptable though way outside my price range. Perhaps the newer interiors will be better in the lower trims, that would be good for them. This Silverado was dated compared to the rest both in design and engines. The F150 was roomier and had a nice interior but the ride, features, and warranty couldn't match what I was getting in my Ram. I'm not a huge fan of chrome and it seemed like the only trim level Ford offers with painted bumpers, etc. was the FX4 and that put it way outside the price range. I would've gone with the 5.0 as well as I don't trust Ford and their turbos.
