Default htc charger whine

Do anyone of you get this? whenever the charger isn't connected to anything it makes a very faint whine, it isn't audible but if you get really close to it, you can hear it. Once the phone is plugged in and charging it goes away. What's up with that?

Okay I did a few tests. It seems that whenever there is no load on the htc charger it whines very faintly. Once a load is placed on it, the whining goes away. I also tried not putting a load on it and then unplugging it, right after you unplug it, it continues to whine for a second and then stops completely. The only thing that comes to my mind is capacitor whine since everything else inside the charger should completely discharge immediately once you unplug it.

I also listened to 3 other cell phone chargers I had and they all whine, some whine when charging and some don't whine when not in use, and one whined whether or not it had a load on it. ( all of these are very faint and need to be right next to it to hear it )
