i had a problem with my via chipset/8500LE that wouldnt let me run with AGP4X so you could try disabling that and seeing if it works, also try turning off AGP sidebanding and fastwrites

can you boot into safe mode? if so you can use a third party program to disable sidebanding, also try the drivers at www.omegacorner.com they normally incorporate compatibility fixes

Hi ClockVVork,

I had the same problem. Try booting into "safe mode" and go to the display settings. Check to make sure that the refresh rate is set to "Adapter Default". I can't guarantee that that will fix the problem, but it's worth a shot.
