Default Blair Witch (2016)

In case you don't know, this movie was titled as The Woods during the first teaser that was released. People noticed some Blair Witch references in the teaser and thought it was a Blair Witch sequal. Turns out they were right. They renamed it to Blair Witch for the official trailer.

Original teaser trailer:

Looks interesting, let's see if they can make this franchise worth watching again.

First one was a classic, the 2nd one was just a money grab off the first and was absolute trash.

I kinda liked the original Blair Witch movie. I had a hard time watching those city people get lost in the woods and doing stupid things. I kept yelling at the TV, stuff like "USE A COMPASS", or "WHY NO GUNS?"

I think I'll go watch it again tonight, with the lights off...while eating 20 burgers and eating baskets of french fries. CHUG A SPUD, CHUG A SPUD, CHUG A SPUD!

You can always find supernatural means to nullify those. I mean, who shoots a ghost/immortal witch (that isn't on CW show)?

Well, if I can't kill it...I can at least let the bastard know how I feel about him. I've also got two middle fingers in case I need more firepower.

Almost time. Burgers were great, with fries and fried squash.

Time to turn the lights down low and give myself nightmares.

I wish they would have released an extended version of the original. That I would watch again, otherwise the same old scenes just don't hold up anymore.

The sequel to the Blair Witch was awesome. And by awesome I mean one of the worst movies I ever paid to see in a theater. I did like the original though.

I ate a bunch of burgers and fried stuff, drank beer, watched the movie...and passed out hard. No nightmares, lol.

Still it was a good time watching it. My Dachshund kinda startled me when he just barked real loud one time (not at the TV, he's just paranoid sometimes).

I did not like the original at all.
It had very few tense moments scattered throughtout (and I think the last like 10mins was fairly exciting) but other than that it was boring as all hell.

no interest in watching this one.

The first was more funny for me because of how bad it was. I do appreciate how different it was at the time though, it created its own hype.

Pretty cool theory on what really happened in 1999's The Blair Witch Project.

Lol sure. Movie is far from bad. Watched it for the first time a couple months ago and had a great time. Really well done. Mustve been quite something in 1999.
