I'm sure this is a stupid question, but could one of you please tell me how to set ingame settings for this? All I see is that stupid battlelog site with a quickmatch button.

When I get in the game I can only join that game. I've yet to be able to get to a menu to update graphics settings and resolution.

-- Never-mind, didn't realize I had to be in game to change settings. Whoever came up with this battlelog lack of ingame menu needs to be fired.

If you can run BC2, Vietnam or MoH you can run this np. Its only slightly more demanding from what I can tell.

I ordered this from Origin beginning of Aug, was in the Alpha and still didn't get a key for the beta. Wonder if I'll get it.

Wednesday they are shutting the power off at my apartment building from 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM. I get home from work at at about 7:15 AM.

I played the alpha with the system I have now and it's pretty much the same framerate as Bad Company 2 is right now for me. About 100+ fps at 1920x1080 the higest alpha settings I believe. Not sure about the AA. I think I use 4x on BC2 can't remember the alpha.

Hey, your CPU is overclocked. Mine isn't. Got this computer only a few months ago.

I have two GTX 570 in SLI though. They are Gigabyte and are overclocked from purchase (I have to up the voltage on them or DX 11 games hardlock the computer).

What kind of fps are you getting on Bad Company 2 and from the Alpha?

Anyone want to create a Rage3D platoon? I just checked out the platoon section in the Battlelog and it's pretty awesome. You customize your platoon's emblem and everything. I think it'd be a great way to hook up and play, especially when the servers die down. Right now they're just absolutely overloaded.

I still disagree with the bullet damage. It feels too unforgiving and at the same time too easy to just mow down hordes of enemies. It sucks that you don't get any of those epic one-on-one firefights because it seems like it always ends so quickly. I just went 14-3 in my first game since the alpha just by guarding the point, camping beside a rock and killing hordes of people as they came in. If you shoot them and they aren't looking at you, they rarely if ever have time to turn around and return fire. That really cuts down on the excitement, I think, and actually encourages camping because you can cut people down so quickly as soon as they step into your line of sight. And of course Operation Metro is as Medal of Honor-ish as ever. No vehicles now, predictable path that leads you into the sights of the attackers, etc. This doesn't feel like Battlefield at all. I really do hope we get Caspian Border tomorrow!
