Cool! I saw that Descenders was added to Game Pass so was going to check it out (maybe) but this one looks cool too. Nothing beats real mountain biking, though...

I've had it on my wishlist since it popped up on Steam. Early reviews have been saying good things!

I had it wishlisted as well. I downloaded it on my xbox via gamepass and have yet to try it but it looks good enough for a go.

Never played descenders but I like this game. The controls are simple enough but nuanced enough to really matter. I like finding my own lines down the mountains.

The game doesn't have any music which I find odd.

Is it on the PC version of the GamePass as well? No point keeping it on my Steam wishlist if it is - one of these days I'm sure to get a GP for a few months and binge on everything that's on offer there.

Looking at the videos (I don't own either), they look like completely different titles only related because they are on bikes.

Bought it tonight. It's a fun title. The controls are pretty intuitive and they offer some options of steering (screen-based, or rider-based). The positive for me is that it handles controllers properly (most titles I have to shut off my sim gear for it to recognize my gamepad).

That's horrible. Scenery flying by doesn't match the actual bike speed, animations from 1990, guy went right through a tree.........

That one is basically MX vs ATV or Motoracer. It's more a throwback to those old games, but with an image of a mountain bike.

I'm really digging Lonely Mountains. The gameplay and available variety in the way it's played is nice.

Yeah there are only 2 maps as far as I can tell. 4 trails per map.

Looks like it snuck onto PC Game Pass too, but didn't show in my updates (in popped up as having been released before Descenders). Installing.
