Default Way of accessing my web based email inbox through a pop3 email client?

you guys know any software that can allow me to access my inbox from my web based email from an email client like outlook or whatever ?

Depends who your email provider is, sometimes you gotta pay extra for pop3 access, I know Yahoo mail makes you pay.
