Default Samsung Series 5 Ultrabook warping at trackpad

I have a Samsung ultrabook from 2013 which has been quite good except for the warping. I did some google searches and they say it's cause the battery is warping. Does anyone know of good places to get a new laptop battery? Hoping the laptop will "unwarp" back into original shape. Thanks!

I removed the battery and OMG! It looks as if it is ready to open up!

I have a used Samsung OEM battery on its way with the same specs at 7.5V 52Wh (new batteries seem to be 7.4V 48Wh whether OEM or aftermarket). As for the old battery, it's getting recycled (no way am I putting that back in my laptop)!
