using DirectCompute Benchmark 0.25 it does not show ATI 4800 series cards as being DirectCompute compatiable. I using windows 7 home premium. Just another note using my other comps with Asus 295gtx will let me use DirectCompute Benchmark 0.25. |

1. only the HD4 series and up supports directcompute and openCL 2. I don't think the HD4 series has driver support for direct compute yet, probably in 9.11's though. 3. That benchmark does not seem to utilize ATI cards to their full potential. People on some forum have experimented. (read this in a relevant thread at techpowerup)
