Default FreeSync options?

So I'm toying with the idea of buying a fancy new high refresh rate monitor. My requirements:

- 27"
- 144hz
- non-curved (so I can mount my Tobii 4C eye tracker)
- 1440p resolution
- Good color accuracy (IPS or VA panel)
- Wide FeeSync range

I can only find 2 monitors with the above specs: the Nixeus EDG 27 and the Acer XF270HU. Neither of which happen to be in stock anywhere. Any others I should consider?

IPS, HDR and freesync to 75 hz not bad for 250$.
