Default AMD chipset drivers?

Where can I find the latest AMD chipset drivers? I have a mobo with 785G chipset and I can't seem to find drivers from AMDs site and the ones I have found from asus are from 2009 :s and I remember having my last drivers from 2012.

EDIT: Nevermind I finally found them

I also have a 780G mobo (GA-78LMT-USB3) but installed the default drivers such as VIA USB3 and MS's AHCI drivers. Do I need to install these too, or replace the current ones with AMD's drivers, or leave them alone?

CR2500 seeing as yours is actually the 760G and not 780G, I would leave it alone. That and I don't think there is any support for that chipset in the latest drivers.

Nah. If it works that way fine, don't replace them then.
