Utility that shows system info on desktop?

Microsoft has Bginfo but I think there was another one that showed current memory use and CPU utilization on the fly right on your desktop. Does anyone have any idea what it is?

there's a gadget for Vista's Sidebar that's like that.

The one I'm talking about can be used on Windows 2000/XP.

The problem is that I hated the sidebar with a passion. The utility I'm talking about looks much like the Microsoft one in the OP.
