Default Utility that shows system info on desktop?

Microsoft has Bginfo but I think there was another one that showed current memory use and CPU utilization on the fly right on your desktop. Does anyone have any idea what it is?

The problem is that I hated the sidebar with a passion. The utility I'm talking about looks much like the Microsoft one in the OP.
