Default Does VIVO/AIW card have active cooling?

I want VIVO or AIW cards to be silent and there goes my question: Does VIVO/AIW card have active cooling? If not, ATI should release BIOS with clock speed that doesn't require active cooling or come up with gffx like throttling down solution.

Erm, which one are you talking about. The AIW 9700 does...

Well yeah, I meant about 9700AIW and VIVO. Thanx again, you are nor insane!
