I bought 3 21.5 led monitors and I was wondering if this would allow me to display to all 3 monitors.

The monitors only have DVI and vga ports

You can, you just need an active DisplayPort to DVI adapter, they're around $20-$30.

You can get a Displayport-dvi adapter for 4-5 bucks at a Chinese place.

It has to be an active adapter that adds the timing signals etc. A passive adapter doesn't work.

although quality is less if you want to go cheap and go with triple monitor pretty much all DP to VGA work as they all need active converting.

Personally I use 3 cheap ass 21.5 in eyefinity portrait.
