Daily quests will now reset whenever the game detects that it's not possible to continue or restart the quest. The quest may then be reactivated at the informer.

Added previews to color-blind and subtitle options.

Balancing

Tweaked damage dealt and received values for the Lost Wolf boss encounter to reduce friction when playing on Drengr difficulty.
Rebalanced initial damage dealt with Harpoon Impalement Lvl 1 / 2.

A 1080 non ti is definitely not maxing out Valhalla. My 1080ti couldnt max out Valhalla.

At what res? I'm at 1440p. You're running 3440x1440

I have everything cranked out to maximum with res scale at 100%.

She runs perfectly fine. It has a few slow downs here and there but mostly in CPU limited areas like cities. These do not occur often either.

yeahhhh...... at 1440 on my 2080 i get about 60 but i do have some drops in high geometry and draw call zones.



I don't believe it mega... post your graphics and adv graphic settings.

Yeah, I didn't say it runs 60 FPS 100% of the time.

Even if it runs at 30 FPS and I think it runs fine then who are you to argue?

Running the bench again I'm around 50 FPS average. I notice drops in the bench but nothing like that in real word gaming unless something heavy on screen occurs in the cities. Something I missed in the settings that should run this at 20 FPS?

The point of all this is that at this point it's OK for me to consider this playable and not need to upgrade yet.

Never said 30 wasn't fine. But the standard these days for something running acceptable (for most people) is 60fps. Those mins at 14 and 2 though.

Those mins, I think, are mostly on game load/start up or cutscene changes. One of those belongs to the benchmark the other is in game. Not defending those low mins, I do get them during gaming, maybe once or twice during a 1 hour play through but nothing to cry about.
