Default Buying from US App Store without living in the US?

When I was going to college in California back in 2004, I bought an iPod and got music from iTunes. I had a US address and debit card. Now I'm back in Dubai but haven't changed the address or anything for iTunes thus I still have access to the US iTunes and App Store. My question is how can I continue to use the US stores without being in the US? I can download and install the free apps from the App Store but not the paid apps because I don't have a US card. If I enter my Dubai card stuff, I'll get switched to the UAE store. Can I just buy US-based iTunes credit cards (like a iTunes $20 gift card) and use them to pay for stuff? I want to stick to the US stores because they have much more music and stuff than the UAE online stores. I already tried paying through PayPal and it didn't work because my PayPay account is UAE based.

You should be able to get a hold of US iTunes cards and keep buying things because you still have the US address on file. I don't see why it wouldn't keep working. People do it all the time with digital services.

Yup. Just buy US iTunes cards on eBay. I do it for the UK store.
