Default Well Fellas, I'm Engaged.

Hey Fellas,
Just thought I would remind my intarweb extended dysfunctional family that I got engaged this weekend in D.C.

I surprised Yazmin with a 3 day trip to my old hometown D.C.\Northern Va and it went flawlessly.

Took her to shopping in Georgetown to watching a Christmas Carol at Ford's theater to all the museums and sites. It all went perfectly and it even snowed on Saturday.

I proposed to her at the foot of the Lincoln memorial on a cold ass night filled with snow flurries and it was really, really great.

Just thought I would let you guys know.

As someone who's been in your shoes for quite some time before recently getting married, I have to a word of warning for you - It's all downhill from here!!!

Congratulations!

Just remember you'll get out of this relationship exactly what you put into it. (And thats always worth it!)

Congrats! You should have proposed a little further down the Mall in front of the Washington Monument though and make your proposal a little more phallic.

I got some pics coming Mang, once I get home and get them off the camera. I am really keen to see how they came out because the sky over D.C. at 2 A.M. that night was surreal and really kick ass.

Congrats!

Don't listen to all the naysayers in this thread. They are only mad because they can't even get a girlfriend let alone get engaged.
