Default Drivers for ATI X1600

Hi, ATI funs. I have SAPPHIRE ATI X1600PRO 256 AGP and since I'm new on Linux I have a few questions:

- Why can't I find any Linux driver on the CD ?

- Where can I get for SAPPHIRE and how do I install those drivers ?

Thanks for replying...

there are no ati fans here, just people who happen to own ati cards. Belive me when I say we are no fans of ati.

I didnt even know there was a 1600pro for agp.

As far as driver support comes, well lets just say in a month or two there should be support.

I like ATI because it has a picture more brighter and clearer than nVidia. I believe ATI's guys will find a good driver for Linux...
