Default Ashes of The Singularity Discount

SPOnly has let us know that Stardock has dropped the initial price of AotS to a more reasonable amount. If you were on the edge of purchasing it this might be the right time to pick it up! I've copied the entire SPOnly post so be sure to hit the link as well to give them some love.

When it released last week Thursday, Stardock’s new RTS Ashes Of The Singularity received criticism for its high price point. An RTS on Steam early access for $50 is not cheap. Fortunately for us, that price is coming down a bit at numerous retailers.

From now through November 5th, Steam is cutting $10 off the list price, leaving a final tag of $39.99. Additionally, the game showed up for sale today at GMG, where a 22% off coupon discount cuts close to an additional $9 out of the equation.

Ashes of the Singularity (Steam Key) — $31.20 (list $50)
At Checkout, Use Code: FACEYO-URFEAR-S22PER

The main draw of Ashes of the Singularity is the new Nitrous engine, which allows thousands of units on the battlefield at once. While there is a multiplayer element to Ashes of the Singularity, the creators are more excited about their advanced AI for single player.

I'd rather see bigger companies copying codemasters and start at 20-something bucks and raise the price with each significant milestone.

Dirt Rally was/is early access done right.

I bought the game a while back and am enjoying it. I prefer to support Game companies that aren't tied in to Nvidia's Gameworks. And like Higgy10 mentioned, they actually support their games.
