Default Acer Aspire ICONIA W500 (Fusion Win7 tablet)

Doesnt look too shabby... not as thin as the ipad2 and others, but with a full OS and specs it seems promising! All for $599 as well.

I looked at one in a Best Buy, and I wasn't very impressed by it. If it had digitizer for stylus input it would be much more worthwhile, I think. I didn't know it was a Fusion core in it, though. Perhaps the performance would be better than it seemed to be.

I've been looking at lots of tablets lately. I've tried really hard to like the current Honeycomb offerings, but in my opinion the iPad 2 is pretty far ahead of all competitors (right now). I do see that changing, though, as Android matures, and with webOS arriving soon. Once Win8 arrives, if it can work on tablets as the rumors suggest, then I think there will be a lot of solid choices for consumers in the tablet market.

i own the actual product , so far im really happy with it. If you need a stylus , you can have one from ebay for 5$ ... look for capacitor stylus.

or you can create one for free ... just use a piece of a hard drive or a motherboard anti-static bag and roll it really tight like a pen and it will work ...
