Default Android Users: Built In Photo Editor

By default I've been using "Gallery", but as of late I've been playing around with "Photos" and I'm finding that it has better editing/tinkering tools than "Gallery". I'd probably use it as my default more often but I prefer the folder view that "Gallery" has instead of what's newest via "Photo's"

What do you use? Im I behind times by still using "Gallery"? Google really needs to incorporate the two somehow.

This is with my Nexus 5 so pure android, not sure what other vendors make you use.

I generally use the stock Google Photos one, but if I need to scale photos I have to use something else. Currently it's "Image Editor" by Byte Experts.

Stock + Pixlr express + Snapseed + Pixlr-O-matic.

Between those 4 I usually get pretty close to desired results on almost any photo.
