I paid a little bit more for it off of Newegg Business. Like $100 over retail at that time. I thought that it was fair price considering that there were NONE anywhere else. I have to admit that I was a little salty at the time that I had to pay over the MSRP. Not now though.

A couple weeks after I paid for and got the card the prices went up because of the tariffs. That's where the current MSRP sits. $350 more than I paid...

Add in the scarcity and the level of the card and ***poof*** Ebay had one listed for $3,500.00.

Seriously. I almost finished Cyberpunk on an i7 920, spinning rust (cached by Primocache), on a 670 4GB card on a 1920x1200 IPS and some clever use of the DRS that's in. yeah, the 4K OLED RTX experience I finished the last part with looked and ran better, but there's some charm to pushing an old rig. The whole PC gaming scene is so low key now anyway might as well enjoy that backlog.

hm...never did try Cities XL.

Just finished the last boss fight on Wolfenstein The New order on Ultra settings and even though it was a 2014 game it was awesome. Supported 3440x1440 (called it 43:13) and the ultra settings looked great. Has been on my PC for years without finishing so a real blast.

I've played and finished more games since I got my KFA2 3090 than I have in years. Gaming is fun again yeah. Also just bought the SXFI gamer head phones and in battle mode they're great better than my old surround sound system. Happy chappy.
