Default Folding put a virus on my wife's computer?

Today my wife's computer detected a virus or threat. Notice the folder it is in is in the folding at home directory. Anyone know how this can happen? If this really is a virus, I'm going to have to stop all folding again.

its a false detection. the wudata.chk files sometimes make byte patterns that match known virus files though random circumstances.

I usually exclude my folding work directories from virus scans because of this, on systems running McAfee and Avast.

If your really worried send it to Avast so they can check it out.
If they get back to you and say its a false positive then its all good.

All the Symantec products that I've had folding run along with (SAV 8, 9, 10, 10.1, SEP 11) have never come back with virus warnings. I've run on over 200 machines for 3 years, so I would also suspect that it's a false hit.
