Titanfall is capped at 60 frames per second (fps), but some diligent person at Rounds Down Range -- a site for US veteran and disabled gamers -- has uncovered a way to disable that.
Disclaimer: there is some risk enabling this will see you banned, although RDR thinks it's unlikely as this is a legal settings change, and I'd agree. Also, you may experience issues related to tearing, mouse sensitivity, and more.
Onto to it, then.

DO NOT DO CLOUD BACKUP - It will override settings, you may have to restart and start the game a couple of times if it does not work the first time!
Titanfall FPS Cap OFF and DEV menu directions.
My Documents - Respawn - Local - Settings.cfg
Add the following:
bind "`" "toggleconsole"
bind "-" "-dev"
max_fps "300"
My Documents - Respawn - Local - videoconfig.cfg
"setting.csm_enableunlock" "1"
In Origin Right click on Titanfall then game properties and then command line arguements put this: -dev -console +max_fps 300
Start Titanfall, enter the first game, go into settings and enable and disable and then re-enable vsync (In Titanfall itself) - you should see FPS unlock!
