Default Xbox controller on the computer?

It looks like it's a USB connector, can I use one of these as a gamepad on my computer?

Just curious.
Thanks

Sure can. Heres one of many guides on how to do it ->LINK There is also a driver on their site.

I use the psxpad driver LINK It can be a pain to install though, depending on your system.

I bought mine at mods4less.com (http://www.mods4less.com/catalog/pro...f25eac0d39470d) $5.99 + $6 shipping...and yeah the driver Boke gave you is the best one out there.

(there's no reason to make your own if you can buy one for $12....)

Using the Xbox controller on the PC has made this my favorite gamepad for the PC thus far, ironically. I haven't seen anything better than my Gravis Xterminator Digital until I modded this thing.

There are tons of drivers out there which will give you different experiences w/ the pad. Try the XBCD driver here. I think this is the best driver for the Xbox controller right now, and Redcl0ud is constantly updating it. Excellent work on his part.

I second this one. The XBCD driver is the best one.
I modded a controller last weekend and it works extremely well. I am very impressed.

It will work w/ the newer versions of XBCD. In fact, XBCD is the only driver I have really gotten the rumble to work satisfactorily in. A few others w/ claimed rumble support didn't end up working in games I had w/ it or were buggy as hell.

The rumble works awesome in Rallysport which is the only rumble game I have.
