Business owners:

Do you use 1 phone for business and 1 for personal?

If you use 2 phones. Do you find it a hassle? What are some pro tips?

I've been using 2 phones since 2004, one personal and one for business.

At the beginning it was not an issue since both phones were small, but now, in 2016, it's difficult to fit a Galaxy S6 Edge and a Lumia 950XL in your pocket...

I wanted to get a dual-sim Lumia, but couldn't find one sadly...

The only pro is that you have 2 telephones in case battery runs low

I used to until 2013 or so. Found it too much of a hassle. Didn't want to carry both at the same time due to bulk and frequently found I had the wrong one on me at inconvenient times.

Use just one, but if i need a meeting or dialogue we talk over skype since visuals are often a part of my work. Otherwise contact by email is more appropriate.

Ya this is what I do now and continue, but I'm just wondering.

It would make it easier from a deduction standpoint, but right now I'm just deducting a portion of my AT&T bill for business use (25%).

I'm not a business owner, but every company I've ever worked for, whether it was 2 people or 125 people, the owners always used just one phone.

However, if you want a separate number for incoming calls, you can always just get another phone number and have it forward to your cell phone, or get a SIP account and a SIP phone app on your phone.

I have a work phone that I use for everything. When work upgraded me to a iPhone 6 I cancelled my personal phone. Too much hassle carrying 2 phones around.

Just one phone. Two phones sounds like a pain in the ass.

Unless, of course, you're a street pharmacist or short term companionship facilitator....

2 mobile phones, 1 personal,1 work. Work phone is forced on me. No BYOD policy in place and I'm not allowed(nor want) to use the crappy Lumia 640 as my personal phone.

Fits in my pockets, but to say it's always comfortable... No. Oh and I don't like windows phone...

I've got two cell phones, one from work and one personal. I don't carry my work phone with me except when travelling. It stays at my desk in the office most of the time. I very much like this two phone approach. It's good for time and stress management, and keeps work emails and calls away from my personal free time.

My line of work is such that most people have no need to contact me when I'm not at office, and those few from work who may need have my personal number. Due to security reasons I need to go to the office anyways in cases of emergency, there's not much that can be done from elsewhere.

You can get dual sim phones and android supports multiple profiles so when you're not working airplane mode the profile associated with the work sim.

2 phones, my cell phone and a VOIP desk phone which forwards to my cell during 'work' hours (8am to 9pm). I usually only give out my VOIP number.
