Default Install ati update from windows update?

Just finishing up installation of Windows 7 and there is an update for the 4870 on windows update. Should I install it or do a complete install of the latest drivers? If I choose the latter,should I run driver sweeper beforehand?

Typical Windows,I unchecked the update and it installed it anyway
