Catalyst Annoying Uninstall

I have a annoying tab on my left click button PICTURE BELOW of the catalyst control center , i removed it some how using a Disk Clean up as it wouldnt uninstall properly, but i still i think have the actul Catalyst control center somewhere imbedded on my PC , is there a software were i can Install the actual Control center then uninstall it again, or is there a way to remove this annoying TAB.
