Secret World does indeed have a TXAA 2 and TXAA 4 setting but I can't enable it in the the beta.

Surprised to see them available so soon -- really like AIB differentiation sku's over the vanilla default sku's. Slight premium and a bit of patience to receive what one may desire but still feel that I am paying more of a premium for 28nm performance when compared to historical node and arch changes.

I will no doubt welcome the performance improvements when compared to my current offering. If I can receive another 10-20 percent from over-clocking, will, be even more pleased. Appreciate the power efficiency but for me, really on the bottom of my list of important aspects.

I have to be honest. I've very skeptical of TXAA. I really do have a feeling that blur is going to be as bad as FXAA. I really think that is the creators vision of how AA is supposed to look judging by his posts. I don't think that a blur is natural in a still or slow moving image or gives a "film like effect". IDK, my hopes aren't too high. |

My worry is that that FXAA blur is the look that Tim Lotes is going for. As you know there are ways around the blur that you can even use with FXAA injector or like what you see with SMAA and you don't see any of that in FXAA. |

I'm going to be experiencing mobile Kepler on my new laptop soon. Should be interesting, I've heard different things about Nvidia Optimus.

I don't know... Precision and AfterBurner are essentially the same thing minus the UI. But I prefer AfterBurner.

Afterburner is much cleaner and understandable; http://www.guru3d.com/imageview.php?image=38903 All the things you can change, and save to 5 different profiles. Also has monitoring. Really, all you need. I think it looks way better than this: http://www.bjorn3d.com/Material/revi...GTX680_SLI.jpg

So far so good, installed everything last night back in to the rig. Had to use the coa for Windows 7 off my notebook since I gave my GF my old Windows 7 home install on her new PC I built her. At stock everything is running great, tried World Of Warcraft, Diablo 3, Battlefield 3, Skyrim, Rage and Crysis 2. Crysis 2 though I have reached my activation limit..... Could not test it... Really do need to SLI as performance at the settings I want is not that good compared to my old TRI-SLI 580's that I was used too. I don't think an OC will make up for that, but I am thoroughly impressed with performance out of the box. I've installed Precision X and will start OCing tonight, read a guide on overclockers in preparation for the OC. Little concerned though as I've never OC'd a graphics card before. S far at stock my idle temp is max 30c, my load temp in Heaven Benchmark and Battlefield 3 has been 50c max. The only drawback is the fact that instead of venting outside th case, the Asus Top vents I to the case. But with my chassis I don't see that being a problem. Also once I SLI two of these together, I will have to sandwich them to get 16x16x performance which could increase temps even further. Only time will tell though. Pics incoming shortly.
