oops, i accidently deleted my all programs list vista

i installed a program, and for some reason it created another program nested folder within all programs. i deleted that nested program, and now my all program is empty. any way to get it back?

recycle bin undo delete?

i did it so it doesn't go in recyle bin and just deltes w/o confimation.

i ccan't even manually copy/move the program into my all progarm list. it has a cancel icon when i do. where does this thing go

change this setting back to allowing items to go the recycle bin. times like this is why the recycle bin exists

well, this works, its actually much cleaner, and if i want to uninstall a proggie ill just run ccleaner.
