you know with the amount of money you're spending might as well get a better cooler then the 212 plus, its a great cooler but it has its limits too

nevermind just realize you wont overclock too high so it's perfect

also ....isn't the 3750k the 3570k? or are they actually different?

http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/...770k,3181.html

as listed, i think you're talking about the 3570k which is WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY over priced at newegg

Yeah, I think it was typo for everyone who said "3750K."

Good eye, I did not even notice each time I saw it.

[EDIT] Also, its not overpriced at Newegg, Microcenter was just selling for insanely low on launch day. Looks like a lot of people caught on as well, its sold out.

Just a heads up. A 7970 can be had for 439.99 boners at Amazon after rebates from various manufacturers (e.g., Diamond 7970). I am using the card and it overclocks like a champ. Totally worth a 7970 these days. A 7950 is worthless imo.

I removed the monitor and OS from my list. so it's $1631.88

http://secure.newegg.com/WishList/Pu...umber=20579807

My friend will getting me the Windows 7 Professional 64-bit for free since he's at his college.

I will re-use my current montior as temporary until I get a new monitor later.

bump.

Finally, look like I'll upgrade my PC anytime. I think I would just upgrade my PC instead of build another one.

http://secure.newegg.com/WishList/Pu...umber=19849312

One more thing is I can't decide what mobo should I pick. The eSATA port is a must have, highly reliability, and can overclock CPU better. The form factor: ATX only. I'll re-use my case, DVD drive, and PSU.

Thanks!

That board is sweet! My favorite board to this day was my last Asus formula board.

Too bad, it's an extended ATX, not standard ATX. That mobo wouldn't fits in my case. ATX only. And I don't go for the water cooling!

I'm wonder looking at between the audio ports and PCIE slot. It looks quite tightly for a video card to fit in?

Wow...that's pretty tight for a big video card to fit in! Crazy. I don't understand why ASUS went from ATX to micro ATX for Maximus models?? If it was ATX, I would've choose it and be done it already.

Thanks for showed me the pic of your rig. Now I know how it looks like.

EDIT: ugh, i didn't noticed that RAM is also closer to a video card too!

with a h60 cpu cooler it should not be a problem
but with some of the huge air cpu coolers yes

my asus r4e is the same way but give more room between card 1 and 2

Okay, thanks again. I'll try to decide on either ASUS P8Z77-V Deluxe or Maximus Gene V. All of the rest specs look good. I hope other people could have a better suggestion than this one. Don't forget that I would like to have at least one eSATA port and ATX only (or maybe Micro ATX, I'm not really like a small mobo for some reasons). I'll use the Corsair H60, so that shouldn't be any problems.
