Their "bad bear" policy is simple: if a bear goes into areas routinely populated or traveled by humans (campsites, program areas, trails) in order to look for food or what-have-not, it's three strikes and they're dead. First time, they get captured, tagged, and moved to a different part of the ranch. Second time, they get a second tag and are moved again. Third time, a staff hunter goes after them and they end up as a rug in one of the buildings on the ranch.
