Lightroom 4 and Photoshop

plus plugins from Nik, On1(on one) kubota, VSCO

if you are looking for something basic but neat, Check out Snapseed

Jayme is using Lightroom 4 right now in the trial. So far, she likes it. We may be purchasing this in the future.

photoshop 6 is in trial/beta right now and it has some big improvements over 5.1. I don't use photoshop very much, but for doing skin retouches and textures. LR is a very capable program, and will do about 95% of the work
