Default Hat sizing

I want to get a baseball hat but I have no idea if I should go slightly larger or smaller. My head measures 23" which is between a hat size of 7 1/4" and 7 3/8". If it's one of those flexfit ones, which size should I go for?

The guys over at team fortress 2 are hat experts. I'd try contacting them.

I've never once looked at sizing when buying a baseball cap, they all seem to fit. I don't wear new era hats though so I dunno...

I don't wear hats and have never been sized for one.

Get the bigger size, that way if you go a few weeks without a haircut, it's not too tight.

Great movie!

Fitted hats shrink, so you should always get 1 size larger then the one you measure at.

At least you're still in the zone of relatively popular hat sizes. My head measures 24" with short hair, so I am at a loss where to buy one for my size.

But on the bright side, you know what they say about guys with big heads...

The L/XL size in Flexfit unless your head is the size of a grapefruit.
